NEXTSTEPS Educational Academy (NSED Academy) was established in the spring of 2012 to make a difference in our community.  We invest in providing training programs, mentorship/internship, and professional development services. Our staff focuses on building life values, principals, functional communication, and relationship building.  We customize programs designed to educate students and build long lasting community partnerships. We work with local colleges & universities, faith-based organizations, and school systems across the region to house our programs.  This allows us to cover more ground and build unique eco-systems of students regionally.  We have had the pleasure of running programs and mentor services in Washington DC, City of Hampton, City of Norfolk, and RVA Region.  NSED Academy works with students ranging from middle school to college students.
