NEXTSTEPS Educational Academy (NSED Academy) was founded in the spring of 2012 with a mission to positively impact communities through education and mentorship. We specialize in providing customized training programs, mentorship, internships, and professional development services that focus on building essential life skills, core values, effective communication, and strong relationships.
 

Our programs are designed to educate students while fostering long-lasting partnerships within the community. By collaborating with local colleges, universities, faith-based organizations, and school systems, we ensure that our programs are accessible and effective across the region.
 

Our initiatives have successfully reached students in Washington DC, the City of Hampton, the City of Norfolk, and the RVA Region. We cater to a diverse range of students, from middle school to college, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed for academic and professional success.
